There's such a vast number of things to do at Union Flat Campground including swimming, fishing, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's not possible to get bored. A number of folks stay here to be in the vicinity of Plumas-Eureka State Park. The skiing at Soda Springs is glorious; you'll meet a lot of folks from Goodyears Bar here. and Malakoff Diggins State Park is a wonderful place to go. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna go home again. Get wet paddling on Lavezzola Creek; on a nice day you can take a hike along the Bedbug Smith Trail. The surroundings of this campground
have such a large number of things to offer. Glide down the rapids of Pauley Creek in a kayak, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Third Divide Trail. Everybody needs to go camping every now and then; Union Flat Campground, California is a fine location for getting
out. The Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is a tremendous hiking trail in the vicinity of Union Flat Campground; since you're here you can take a hike along the Butcher Ranch Trail. There are so many amusing things near Union Flat Campground; being here is always fun. This
segment of California has a fine deal of outdoors activities on hand. The annual precipitation here at Union Flat Campground is about average; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month of the year is July.
