Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is one of the destinations in the vicinity of The Pine Campground that are pleasant to go to; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Foothill Trail. While popping by this region in California it's a fine idea to go for a weekend of camping too. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for The Pine Campground. This camp ground is one of the perfect places to camp here in the Sierra Madre.
