High temperatures at Sunset Point Campground throughout the months of summer are in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's with temperatures at Sunset Point Campground dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. Sunset Point Campground gets a lot of water; January is when you get the most rain here; the driest   month of the year is July. If the weather is great here at Sunset Point Campground, you can go for a hike along the Milk Ranch Trail, and from Sunset Point Campground you obtain a good panorama of Coyote Rocks. This is really a great campground. The Bonnie View Trail is a delightful hiking trail next to Sunset Point Campground; a journey to Gravelly Valley invigorates the spirit. That right there is a heap of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Klamath Mountains has it all. Squaw Valley Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth visiting, and places like Clear Lake State Park are great to go to. All the nice local attractions close at hand and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back repeatedly. If you're feeling down from spending too much time indoors, Don't fret; Sunset Point Campground in California is the outdoors at its greatest. There is so much cool stuff close to Sunset Point Campground; when you get to enjoy this place for a while you will feel completely regenerated.
