the outdoors you will love California. Several people camp here in order to be in close proximity to Mendocino National Forest. There is a magnificent hiking trail close to Sugar Spring Campground called the Soldier Trail; there are some nice whitewater spots on Thomes Creek. This camp ground is one of the good spots to camp here in the Klamath Mountains.
