when you're here is never a bad idea. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Mokelumne River - North Fork, and a cool spot to stop at is McKays Point. Not sufficient
hours in a day to enjoy this spot. A nice place near Squaw Hollow Campground is Squaw Hollow, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of North Grove. This campground is always a joy. While you're here at Squaw Hollow Campground you will meet lots of folks from nearby Arnold.
There are some great whitewater spots on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork, and playing golf is lots of fun at Meadowmont Golf Course. All the water falling down from the sky makes Squaw Hollow Campground a wet location; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain,
and the driest month is July. All the glorious local attractions in the neighborhood and so much stuff to do will make you happy you came.
