spot nearby. Several people stay here to have a look at close by Mendocino National Forest. Go for a hike on the Buttermilk Trail, and Cherry Hill is pretty and can be made out from here. Spruce Grove Campground frequently gets lots of precipitation; of all the months in a
| year January is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This campground has everything. Good hiking is available along the Milk Ranch Trail; if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eel River.
