If you're here, you might as well go to Wheel Gulch, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Trinity River.
 
Lots of fun is at this campground. If you're dropping by Skunk Point Group Campground from Big Bar, you won't be the only one, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Hayfork Creek. Skunk Point Group Campground is very well liked by campers from Big Bar.
Just can't get enough of Skunk Point Group Campground. Trinity River - North Fork has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby. During the summer months highs here at Skunk Point Group Campground reach the 90's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Skunk Point Group Campground drop into the 30's.
