Skunk Point Group Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among the people in Big Bar. The pleasant local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are nice reasons to come. When was the last occasion you went for a camping trip? Skunk Point Group Campground is a glorious local campground if you happen to be in California.
Nearby you bump into the Pigeon Point Campground to Cedar Flat segment, a class II-III bit of whitewater. It's a glorious 23.6-mile-in-length bit on Trinity River. For kayak paddling this bit of Trinity River is an enjoyable place. For your safety you should always check circumstances ahead of going kayak paddling. Bordy Creek
 
is a picturesque stream that is worth visiting. A visit to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and nice hiking is available along the Divide Trail.
