In case natural splendor is what you want, this primitive campground is what you would like. Amenities and facilities are few in primitive       campgrounds such as Skillman Campground. As expected it can be demanding to get to a primitive campground such as Skillman Campground, but it's worth the effort. Skillman Campground is an old favorite with folks of Washington.   Several folks stay at this campground when going to Malakoff Diggins State Park. There's more to do right next door to Skillman Campground other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, and swimming, so it's not possible to get bored. You have to get out of the house; Skillman Campground in California is precisely what you need. California is a delightful location for outdoors folks. At Skillman Campground fun       stuff to do is bountiful; it is a delightful campground. Skillman Campground is situated in the Northern Sierra Nevada. If you enjoy whitewater, there is the Washington to Edwards Crossing portion, a class IV whitewater section   on Yuba River - South Fork, 14 miles from start to finish. If you don’t want to risk getting drenched this section of Yuba River - South Fork is perhaps not for you. You have to check conditions before heading out; whitewater kayaking or rafting could become perilous.
