Secret House Campground, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   This is really a tremendous campground. There are plenty of folks from Emigrant Gap here at Secret House Campground; there's fine hiking along the Big Granite Trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend American River - North Fork, and Andrew Gray Creek is close to Secret House Campground and is always a pleasure to stop by. This location, the Northern Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. The summit of Whisky Hill can be spotted from Secret House Campground; there's whitewater on Yuba River - South     Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. All the water falling down from the sky makes Secret House Campground a wet site; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Secret House Campground. The slopes of Royal Gorge are so inviting nobody can resist, and a glorious location like Tahoe National Forest is too splendid to leave out. For the duration of the days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Secret House Campground. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Secret House Campground are in the 30's. This camp ground is to be found in the beautiful Northern   Sierra Nevada. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Secret House Campground. There's such a large number of things to do at Secret House Campground including hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's totally impossible to get bored. Secret House Campground is a campground that is extremely esteemed by people of Emigrant Gap. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Ford Point is not far from Secret House Campground at all, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Beacroft Trail. Little Secret Canyon is a brilliant place to check out next to Secret House Campground, and don't leave Secret House Campground without first going for a hike along the Big Valley Trail. There's such a great deal of things to do in close proximity to Secret House Campground; it is a fun site for young and old. You need to get out; Secret House Campground in California is a magnificent site to go. The surroundings of this campground have so many things to offer. Going for a hike on the Mumford Bar Trail is always a delightful adventure, and get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Fordyce Creek. A tour to Malakoff Diggins State Park when you're here at Secret House Campground is a splendid idea, and you can go for a hike on the American River Trail. Outdoors folks generally have a thing about this section of California. The good variety of local attractions and such a large number of things to do will make you happy you came.
