| Campground highs are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows at Sandy Campground during the winter typically plunge into the 10's. you fancy the outdoors. Can't wait to pitch that tent; Sandy Campground in California is a great place to go. There's so much stuff to do at Sandy Campground including whitewater paddling, and hiking, so running out of enjoyable stuff to do won’t happen. A lot of people stay
at this campground through their visit to Lassen National Forest. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Plum Valley is a tremendous spot to look at, and there are tremendous places to explore along the Hanna Trail. Sandy Campground is a good location of normal rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
