River Nook Campground, Southern Sierra Nevada, California   This camp ground is positioned in the delightful Southern Sierra Nevada. River Nook Campground is located in a neighborhood with loads of amusing stuff to do, and it unquestionably is a brilliant campground. If only every location had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great planet it would be. Caldwell Creek is near River Nook Campground and is always a bliss to explore; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Brush Creek. The magnificent local attractions and such a magnificent variety of outdoors recreation are brilliant causes to     come. Be careful coming to the Southern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to go back home again. River Nook Campground is a place with many visitors from Kernville, and there are great locations to look at along the Bull Run Cattle Drive. Everybody close by loves skiing at Shirley Meadow, and going for a hike on the Tobias Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure. The yearly rain here at River Nook Campground is about average; the wettest month of the year is typically January, that's the one that rains the most; July is the month with the least moisture. California is a brilliant outdoors state. This is such a wonderful campground. River Nook Campground is in close proximity to Sequoia National Forest which is a delightful site, and there is a wonderful hiking trail nearby called the Cannell Meadow Trail.   There's plenty of outdoors recreation available in close proximity such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t get bored. Don't leave River Nook Campground without first going for a hike along the Virginia Trail, and nearby you hit upon Noyer Canyon which is a great place to visit. We should all go camping for a couple of days now and then, and River Nook Campground, California is a brilliant spot for getting out. That right there is plenty of amusing things already but it goes on, the Southern Sierra Nevada has it all. There's good hiking along the Old Sled Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Kern River offers some wonderful whitewater. This is such a delightful campground. River Nook Campground is a campground that is extremely liked by people of Kernville. During the summertime at River Nook Campground highs are mostly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at River Nook Campground temperatures dip to the 20's.
