Reyes Creek Campground, Sierra Madre, California Custom Search   I have been going to Reyes Creek since I was a child and thought I would clear up some of the info posted here. There is NO white water rafting at Reyes creek. At it widest point the creek is only 10 feet and not deep at all. The kids could splash around in it but that is about it. There are several good hiking trails in the area. Fishing for stocked trout in the spring ang a privatley owned saloon that hasa beer, mixed drinks and great burgers with in       walking distance. It can be a rowdy spot on the weekends. Says Julius Primitive camping at a campround such as Reyes Creek Campground is a splendid way to be near the great outdoors. As soon as you arrive at a primitive campground   like Reyes Creek Campground you'll realize it was well worth the effort getting here. This primitive campground is located in a fantastically wonderful site. This is a primitive camp ground which obviously means that there are a small number of conveniences. Ok, you've been cooped up too long; Reyes Creek Campground in California is the outdoors at its greatest. There's plenty of outdoors recreation available in close proximity such as fishing, hiking, swimming,       playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so it's just not possible to get bored. Reyes Creek Campground is one of the sites to camp here in the Sierra Madre. The good choice of local attractions, and the nearby outdoors recreation   will make you glad you came. California is a pleasant site for campers. There's such a large number of things to do next to Reyes Creek Campground; you always have a pleasant time when you're here. A good 9.4-mile-from-beginning-to-end hiking trail with a good 2,566-foot difference in elevation is to be found close by.
