If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors
just come on up to the Coast Ranges. You can run the rapids of Noyo River near Pinewood Campground, and Mill Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. A delightful place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Pinewood Campground is Eel River - South Fork, and you must beyond doubt go to charming Laguna Point Beach if you're here. Pinewood Campground is a top choice with residents of Fort Bragg.

This campground is so pretty. If you want to hit the beach, Ten Mile Beach is in the vicinity; there are other places here than Pinewood Campground, for example Sandhill Lake.
At Pinewood Campground enjoyable stuff to do is plentiful; campgrounds like these are wonderful. Pinewood Campground is a relatively wet place usually with lots of rainfall; January is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. During the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 60's at Pinewood Campground; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are usually in the 50's; through the dark hours in the winter at Pinewood Campground temperatures fall to the 40's.
