Peppermint Campground, Southern Sierra Nevada, California
|
| | Spent 3 nights at the pepermint campsite, very primitive great hike along the river that goes through camp. Not far from Dome rock spectacular view of valley ( not central valley) Says Paul Reagan
When you go for a weekend of camping at a primitive campground such as this one you're truly camping. Amenities and facilities are few in primitive campgrounds such as this one; after you arrive at a primitive campground like Peppermint Campground you will | |
realize it was well worth the effort getting here. The nice local attractions and such a large number of things to do are great reasons to come. It's completely out of the question to get bored in California if you fancy the outdoors.
| | | Alright, you've been indoors for too long, time to go camping, and Peppermint Campground in California is a fine place to go. Quite a lot of cool things to do in the vicinity of Peppermint Campground, and when you're here you're always having a fine time. is one of the locations to camp here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Several people stay at this campground for the purpose of being close to Sequoia National Forest.
Peppermint Campground is a campground that is extremely

prized by people from Camp Nelson. On Dry Meadow Creek you come upon the close by to North Fork Kern section. This is a type V, 1.5-mile-in-length stretch of whitewater. If by chance you don’t would like to get dripping wet, this stretch of Dry Meadow Creek is in all probability not for you. Naturally, whitewater kayaking and rafting is enjoyable but perilous; check restrictions ahead of going.
