This campground is so good. It's a great idea to go to Church Creek, it's near Packsaddle Campground, and hiking along the Butcher Ranch Trail is great fun. Sierra Buttes can be made out from Packsaddle Campground; lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Saxonia Lake.
Scores of folks stay at this campground when going to Plumas-Eureka State Park. Quite a lot of amusing things to do near Packsaddle Campground, and to be at this place is great fun any time.
