| | As long as you go for the outdoors you will go for California. All year is a good time in the Klamath Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. Oak Flat Campground is in close proximity to Horsepasture Gulch which is unquestionably worth taking a look at, and going for a hike on the Crooked Tree Trail is always a glorious adventure. Among the things you can do right next door to Oak Flat Campground are hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. in the Klamath Mountains, too wonderful to be true. Whitewater paddling is great on Eel River; don't leave Oak Flat Campground without first going for a hike along the Middle Creek Flat Trail.

Clear Lake State Park is a stunning location any time of year, and one of the governing features of the surroundings of Oak Flat Campground is Coyote Rocks. While you're here at Oak Flat Campground, you could also take a look at striking Lake Pillsbury, and Gravelly Valley is a magnificent spot.
