Nira Campground, Sierra Madre, California   Fir Canyon is a great place to go to close by, and going for a hike on the Potrero Canyon Trail is always a splendid adventure. Summertime highs at Nira Campground generally tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 60's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Nira Campground. It's not very good for you to be inside all the time; you have to get out now and then; Nira Campground in California is the outdoors at its most excellent. The good variety of local attractions and such a good variety of outdoors recreation are great reasons to come. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Jackson Trail, and you can run the rapids of Cuyama River.
