have a great time. A pleasant location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Mud Flat Campground is Elder Creek; the Ides Cove National Recreation Trail is a magnificent hiking trail nearby. Through the warm months at Mud Flat Campground temperatures are ordinarily in
the 90's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; night lows at Mud Flat Campground during the winter ordinarily dip into the 20's. This camp ground is one of the great places to camp here in the Klamath
Mountains. The wonderful variety of local attractions and such a great deal of things to do will positively have you coming back again and again.
