Nearby you find the Forest Service Road 12S0 to Kings River segment,       a type IV-V sweep of whitewater. It's a splendid 2-mile-from-start-to-finish sweep on Mill Flat Creek. For experienced whitewater paddlers this sweep of Mill Flat Creek is a cool place to paddle. Check restrictions ahead of going   on the whitewater, or else it's not safe and sound. 1,608 feet is the elevation variation of nearby Deep Creek Trail. Deep Creek Trail is 8 miles of backcountry backpacking through some exceptionally beautiful locations. Deep Creek Trail is a tough one day of backcountry backpacking.
