We must all go for a camping trip now and then, and Mill Flat Campground in California is a really brilliant location to spend some time.
This is such a great campground. Going for a hike on the Bobs Flat Trail is always a good adventure, and you can run the rapids of Kings River - North Fork. Mill Flat Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Central Sierra Nevada. From a rainfall point of view Mill Flat Campground is a relatively normal spot; most of the rain falls all through January, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
There's more to do in close proximity to Mill Flat Campground other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so probably you want to stay a while.
