Mill Campground, Central Sierra Nevada, California

That right there is a lot of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Central Sierra Nevada has it all. When you're here at Mill Campground it's always fun to explore Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Mill Campground ordinarily gets a good deal of rain; January is the month that gets the most snow; July meanwhile is the driest month.
Go for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Mokelumne River - North Fork.
