but if it's for you then, we recommend Carson River - East Fork. Such a nice selection of attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation will definitely have you coming back repeatedly. Everybody loves Washoe Meadows State Park. That right there is plenty already, but it continues;

Creek Campground you come across the Hawley Grade Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and you must certainly dedicate some time to Border Ruffian Flat while you're here at Middle Creek Campground. On a wonderful day at Middle Creek Campground you can take a hike along the Emigrant
Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Mokelumne River - North Fork offers some splendid whitewater.
