McGuire Campground, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   This campground has so many cool things to offer. Take a hike on the Sailor Flat Trail, and places like Tahoe National Forest are nice to stop at. McGuire Campground is a rather wet place regularly with a good deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is July. So many local attractions and so much stuff to do will make you delighted you came. Summer brings highs in the 80's to McGuire Campground. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's.     Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at McGuire Campground temperatures fall to the 30's. Man, is there lots of entertaining things to do in the neighborhood of McGuire Campground. Now, you may feel that's heaps but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Yuba River - South Fork; if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Tevis Cup Trail. Camping out sure is a great thing to do; McGuire Campground in California is a tremendous selection. Hiking along the Parsley Bar Trail is nice fun, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Royal Gorge. If you come to this campground, you will have a great time for sure. Nearby Little Duncan Canyon is a good location to go if   you're at McGuire Campground, and going for a hike along the Rubicon Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the fun stuff you can do is swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so possibly you want to stick around for a while. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. A glorious place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of McGuire Campground is Rubicon River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Hunters Trail. There's such an incredible array of things to do close to McGuire Campground; camping is such an enjoyable activity, and this is a tremendous spot to do that. And if that's not enough there's a load more cool stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Why not go to nearby Little Duncan Creek since you're here at McGuire Campground, and an exciting thing to go to in the vicinity of McGuire Campground is L L Anderson Dam. Not far from McGuire Campground, you'll find French Meadows Reservoir which is a stunning lake, and the nice folks of Truckee-Grass Valley like to hang out close by. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always delightful. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yuba River - South Fork; Eldorado National Forest is a tremendous spot to pop by.
