but if it's for you then we recommend San Joaquin River - Middle Fork, and McCreary Meadow is a perfect place to stretch your legs a bit. Just can't get enough of the Central Sierra Nevada. The amount of rain that falls at McCreary Meadow Campground is close to the national
average; January is the month that gets the most rain while August is usually the driest month. The skiing at Sierra Summit is great, and here at McCreary Meadow Campground you can catch a sight of Squaw Dome. Scores of folks choose this campground to check out nearby Sierra National Forest.
