Masterson Campground, Klamath Mountains, California   The splendid local attractions and the splendid variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. Charlies Rock is a nice site to pop by while in the neighborhood, and hiking along the Ides Cove National Recreation Trail is tremendous fun. California is a great place for campers. Masterson Campground gets lots of water; the wettest month of the year is typically January,   that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. At Masterson Campground through the long summer days highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Masterson Campground.
