Manker Campground, San Gabriel Mountains, California   Manker Campground is a very well loved campground by folks in Mt Baldy. This is a tremendous campground. Everybody loves Manker Flat, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Ontario Peak Trail. Chino Hills State Park is a pleasant place, and a delightful panorama of charming Mount Harwood is available. Everybody loves Silverwood Lake State Park, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Dawson Peak Trail. Manker Campground is a good place of common rainfall; most of the rain falls during February, and July is the month with the least     moisture. The San Gabriel Mountains scenery is always striking. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll adore Manker Campground. If you're here, you might as well explore Manker Canyon, and close by you stumble on the West Fork Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. A campground like this is too tremendous to miss. Big Butch Wash is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Mt. Baldy. Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the San Gabriel Mountains. The San Gabriel Mountains towers over Manker Campground, and going for a hike along the Baldy Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The San Gabriel Mountains rules! You'll meet a lot   of people from Mt Baldy here; if you're here you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 7. There's more to do in the neighborhood of Manker Campground other than just hanging out such as hiking, and relaxing, so in all probability you want to stick around for a while.
