If you come at the right time of year, Tuolumne River offers some tremendous whitewater; Columbia State Park is a great place to stretch your legs a bit. High temperatures at Lumsden Bridge Campground through the summer are in the 90's, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course,
generally in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lumsden Bridge Campground.
