| | This is a glorious campground. There are nice places to look at along the Gabrielino National Scenic Trail, and you can see Pacifico Mountain from Lower Pacifico Campground. Man, is there a lot of cool things to do in the San Gabriel Mountains. If you're here at Lower Pacifico Campground, you could visit North Fork Alder Creek; beautiful scenery and magnificent skiing is what you obtain at Mt Waterman. Good hiking is available along the Idlehour Trail; don't leave Lower Pacifico Campground without first going for a hike along the Santa Anita Trail.

Lower Pacifico Campground is typically a reasonably dry site; February is when you get the most rain here while July is commonly the driest month. Some activities here at Lower Pacifico Campground are relaxing, and hiking, so running out of fun stuff to do won’t happen. So much
