Paddling on San Joaquin River - Middle Fork is so much fun, and you can go for a hike on the John Muir Trail - section 2. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, you need to get out of the house, and Lower Deadman Campground is a great local campground if you happen to be in California. Lower Deadman Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Central Sierra Nevada. |

| is a good place of normal rainfall; January is the wettest month with most snow; June on the other hand is the driest. You're sure to come across some smiling folks from June Lake here, and places like Crater Flat are fine to pop by. Devils Postpile National Monument is a very glorious place to go to in the neighborhood of Lower Deadman Campground, and a visit to Bodie State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. Deadman Campground. The good local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are splendid incentives to come. But wait, there's more to do close to Lower Deadman Campground. Float down the rapids of Mono Creek in a kayak; going for a hike on the Mammoth Rock Trail is
always a brilliant adventure. There's heaps of outdoors recreation available around here such as hiking, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so it's totally impossible to get bored. This is such a nice campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Joaquin River - South Fork; there are good places to discover along the Sherwin Lakes Trail.
