Paddling on Sespe Creek is so much fun, and going for a hike on the Henderson Trail is always a perfect adventure. This section of California is always a diversion to stop by during camping season. You'll meet a lot of folks from Frazier Park here, and Lockwood Campground is near Hungry Valley State Park which is a beautiful location. This is in fact a good campground. Don't leave Lockwood Campground without first going for a hike along the Cedar Lake Trail; Fort Tejon State Park is both great and picturesque. If you're here at Lockwood Campground, you could stop at Seymour Creek, and glorious hiking is available along the Snowy Creek Trail.
