Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Little Sur Campground sink into the 40's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Santa Lucia Range has to offer. On a nice day at Little Sur Campground you can take a hike along the Manuel Peak Trail, and from Little Sur Campground you obtain a good vista of Pico Blanco. Going for a hike on the Oak Grove Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park is a great location to stretch your legs a bit. Little Sur Campground is one of the sites to camp here in the Santa Lucia Range. Having a delightful time in the Santa Lucia Range is trouble-free. Get soaked paddling on Big Sur River, and Little Sur Campground is a place with many visitors from Carmel. This is such a fun site for a campground. Since you're here at Little Sur Campground why not take a look at Bottchers Gap, and you can go for a hike on the San Clemente Trail.
