A journey to Hungry Valley State Park revives the spirit, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Reed Reef Trail. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Piru Creek, and do take a hike on the Henderson Trail. Visiting Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and the view of San Rafael Peak is picturesque. Little Mutau Campground is to be found in the Sierra Madre. This campground is a good place to check out. A journey to Channel Islands National Park is recommended, and unsurprisingly, everyone loves Fort Tejon State Park.
