The landscape around Little Lake Campground is dominated by the Santa Rosa Hills, and the Rouse Hill-Bautista Canyon Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. This campground is always a pleasure. There are plenty of people from San Jacinto here at Little Lake Campground, and splendid skiing awaits you at Bear Mountain.

Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is fishing, swimming, hiking, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so there's absolutely no way to get bored. Don't leave Little Lake Campground without first going for a hike
along the South Fork Trail; golf can be played at Echo Hills Golf Course. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Little Lake Campground. Don't leave Little Lake Campground without popping by Lake Perris State Park.
Little Lake Campground gets very little precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout January while June is frequently the driest month.
