come upon the 10-mile-from-beginning-to-end Middle South Fork confluence to Garnet Dike Campground portion of grade V whitewater. This portion of Kings River is proposed for skilled whitewater paddlers solely. Naturally, whitewater kayaking and rafting is enjoyable but risky; check restrictions previous to going. There's a great 6.2-mile-from-start-to-finish hiking trail with a great 1,123-foot variation between top and bottom in the neighborhood; this charming hiking trail is the Sheep Creek Trail.
