    swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so it's out of the question to get bored.

This camp ground is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. This part of California is always a joy to check out during camping season. There is so much cool stuff near Lake Alpine Campground, and it is a magnificent escape from the city.

    way to be next to nature. This primitive campground is situated in an incredibly delightful location. The 67 slopes of Bear Valley are all fun and are served by 11 ski lifts. The height difference is 1,900 feet, and this ski resort
  has 30 feet of ice cold snow per year. Having 35% of the slopes being demanding, and 65% of the 1,280 acres of skiable territory being beginner and intermediate; there are perfect slopes for any ability at Bear Valley. There's a nice grade V+ section of whitewater nearby on Mokelumne River - North Fork, the 24.9-mile-in-distance Route 4 Bridge to Salt Springs Reservoir portion.
