| on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 2 is always a great adventure, and a nice vista of scenic Monument Peak is available.
Quite a lot of amusing stuff to do near Laguna Campground, and it is a pleasant campground. Be careful coming to the Santa Rosa Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. There are fine sites to look at along the Monument Trail; Cleveland National Forest is a brilliant place to pop by. This campground is always a diversion. Agua Dulce Creek is a good local stream.

A pleasant place to visit in close proximity to Laguna Campground is Boiling Spring Ravine, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Laguna Campground; Middle Peak Loop Trail is a perfect local trail. Summertime highs at Laguna Campground usually tend to be in the 90's. Throughout
the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's; overnight lows in the 20's for Laguna Campground.
You can't be inside all the time; you need to get out of the house sometimes, and Laguna Campground in California is exactly what you need. Lots of folks pick this campground when going to Cuyamaca Rancho State Park.
