Some activities here at Kelly Lake Campground are hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. The nice local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back repeatedly. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Going for a hike on the Mears Lake Valley Trail is always a delightful adventure; you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Royal Gorge. If you go for the outdoors, you'll adore Kelly Lake Campground. That right there is lots of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. You can run the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork in close proximity to Kelly Lake Campground, and Tahoe National Forest is a great location to go.
