There is so much enjoyable stuff to do in the neighborhood of Intake Campground; spending time at this campground is very fun. All the outdoors cool stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back time and again. There's more to do close to Intake Campground other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, swimming, and fishing, so in all probability you want to stay a bit.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Intake Campground. Middle Fork Bishop Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit, and you can run the rapids of Kings River - Middle Fork.
