At Indian Valley Campground during   the summer highs are in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 50's with winter lows in the 40's overnight here at Indian Valley Campground. Indian Valley Campground is a campground prized by folks of Big Sur. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Santa Lucia Range is so good! Get drenched paddling on Arroyo Seco River, and why not a little side tour to Tan Oak Creek. Be careful coming to Indian Valley Campground, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Drift down the rapids of Big Sur River in a kayak; hiking is a popular thing to do around Indian Valley Campground; South Fork Trail is a great local trail. There's such a large number of things to do near Indian Valley Campground, and it is a pleasant escape from the ordinary. A campground like this is too good to miss. The Big Sur Trail offers hiking at its best, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Carmel River. Now, you may feel that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Santa Lucia Range. A pleasant trip to Indian Valley is a tremendous way to spend an afternoon, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Pine Ridge Trail.
