You'll   really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Tahoe National Forest is a good location; fine hiking is available along the Spaulding Lake Trail. A lot of rain falls at Indian Springs Campground; January is the wettest month with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Lake Valley is a nice place, and going for a hike on the Mears Lake Valley Trail is always a good adventure. Rattlesnake Creek is a pleasant spot to have a look at, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Indian Springs Campground; Sugar Pine Point Trail is a brilliant local trail. We all need to go for a camping trip occasionally, and Indian Springs Campground in California is the outdoors at its greatest. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Yuba River - South Fork, and you'll most likely meet some folks from Emigrant Gap here. This campground has so unbelievably much. Cisco Butte is gorgeous and can be seen from Indian Springs Campground; you can never get enough of the good skiing at Soda Springs. So many local attractions and such a good variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back persistently.
