It's really bad for you to spend too much time in the city; you need to get out of the house every so often; Indian Springs Campground is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in California.   A pleasant 7.5-mile-in-distance whitewater run on Yuba River - South Fork is nearby. This, the Cisco Grove to Spaulding Reservoir segment, is a class IV-V(V+). This segment of Yuba River - South Fork is advised for skilled kayak paddlers exclusively. If you are going kayak paddling, you have to always check conditions.
