All through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 50's, and nighttime lows at Horse Meadow Campground through the wintertime typically descend into the 30's. This is a perfect campground. Near Horse Meadow Campground you come across the Summit Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; striking scenery and brilliant skiing is what you acquire at Shirley Meadow.
