if you fancy the outdoors. There's wonderful hiking along the Oak Spring Trail, and visiting Placerita Canyon State Park is a good thing to do. Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is a good spot close to Honeybee Campground; brilliant hiking is available along the Dagger
Flat Trail. Honeybee Campground is located in the San Gabriel Mountains.
This is truly a great campground. Hiking along the Stone Canyon Trail is perfect fun, and a pleasant visit to Dagger Flat is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Loads of people stay here so they can
go to Verdugo Mountain Park. All the good local attractions in close proximity and all the outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back time and again.
Around Honeybee Campground you don’t get a lot of rain; through the month of February you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
