This camp ground is one of the wonderful locations to camp here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. While you're here at Hell Hole Campground it's a tremendous idea to stop at Big Meadow; a visit to Tahoe National Forest is a good idea. If you love the outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's fishing, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. There's no way to run out of cool things to do in close proximity to Hell Hole Campground; when you are here for a while you will feel completely regenerated. You absolutely ought to go for the Northern Sierra Nevada. Lots of people from Truckee-Grass Valley come to Hell Hole Campground, and a fine location like Eldorado National Forest is too splendid to leave out. Loads of folks select Hell Hole Campground when going to Eldorado National Forest. French Meadows Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit. If the weather is splendid here at Hell Hole Campground, you can go for a hike along the Dry Lakes Trail, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Yuba River - South Fork.
