Hell Hole Campground, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   Don't leave Hell Hole Campground without first going for a hike along the Hunters Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Hell Hole Campground. Paddling on Silver Creek - South Fork is so much fun, and a fine site like Eldorado National Forest is too great to leave out. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. While you're here at Hell Hole Campground, you could also visit pretty French Meadows Reservoir; Big Meadow is right here at Hell Hole Campground. This campground is so lovely. During your visit to Hell Hole Campground you'll meet some folks from Truckee-Grass Valley for sure; great hiking is available along   the Rubicon Trail. Hell Hole Campground is a rather wet place regularly with a great deal of rainfall; all through the month of January you get the most rain around here; July is the month with the least moisture. There's a load of outdoors recreation available close at hand such as swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so probably you want to stay a bit. Hell Hole Campground is to be found in the Northern Sierra Nevada. At Hell Hole Campground cool stuff to do is abundant, and campgrounds like these are brilliant. This is in fact a nice campground. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Alpine Meadows if you're here, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Hell Hole Campground; Dry Lakes Trail is a pleasant local trail. Rubicon River has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby; close by you come across wonderful places like Parsley Bar. Everybody needs to go for a camping trip sometimes, and Hell Hole Campground, California is a brilliant site for getting out. Scores of folks stay at this campground when they come to go to Eldorado National Forest.
