Haypress Campground, Northern Sierra Nevada, California

  With so many things to do in California you'll never get bored. Finally, the time to go camping is here again, and Haypress Campground in California is a wonderful place to go. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to return back home again. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Fordyce Creek, and there's tremendous hiking along the Crooked Lakes Trail.
There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Haypress Campground. The slopes of Royal Gorge are so inviting nobody
    can resist, and splendid hiking is available along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 15. Loads of people stay here for the purpose of being near Plumas-Eureka State Park.
Summertime at Haypress Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures
fall down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Haypress Campground descend into the 20's. Haypress Campground is a delightful camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Sierra Nevada. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a brilliant time. At Haypress Campground you always meet someone from Sierra City; get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Yuba River - South Fork.

Campground, and it's one of those places where everything is wonderful. Why not pop by close by Haypress Creek while you're here at Haypress Campground. This campground has so many cool things to offer. Since you're here at Haypress Campground why not go to Haypress Valley, and Plumas-Eureka State Park is a splendid spot to stretch your legs a bit.
Haypress Campground is liked by the people in Sierra City. Go for a hike on the Deer Lake Trail, and locations like Tahoe National Forest are great to stop at.
Hiking is a popular thing to do around Haypress Campground; Butcher Ranch Trail is a great local trail, and Young America Lake is a brilliant lake nearby. If you come to this campground, you will have a good time for sure. There are some good whitewater spots on Yuba River - North Fork; don't leave Haypress Campground without first going for a hike along the Bowman Mountain Trail.
Among the things you can do right next door to Haypress Campground are whitewater paddling, hiking, fishing, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. The amount of precipitation that falls at Haypress Campground is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that rains the most, and July on the other hand is the driest.
