Good hiking is available along the Haynes Delight Trail, and don't leave without visiting Mendocino National Forest. This camp ground is located in the striking Klamath Mountains. For the duration of the warm months at Hammerhorn Campground highs are typically in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in   the 50's, and overnight lows at Hammerhorn Campground all through the wintertime mostly sink into the 30's.
