  Everybody must go for a weekend of camping occasionally, and Gull Lake Campground is a delightful local campground if you happen to be in California. This campground is so great. Do pay a visit to Devils Postpile National Monument while you're here at Gull Lake Campground, and a trip to Bodie State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. One of the principal marks of the surroundings of Gull Lake Campground is June Mountain, and a trip to Sierra National Forest is a pleasant idea.
This is a great campground. Skiing at June Mountain is one of those
    things you just must do; while you're here, you could pop by Yost Creek. Gull Lake Campground gets a common amount of rain; the month with most of the snow is January, and the driest month is June. And that's not all there is to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Hiking is a
popular thing to do around Gull Lake Campground; John Muir Trail - section 2 is a brilliant local trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Mono Creek.
Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not take a look at Gull Lake close to Gull Lake Campground, and there's whitewater on San Joaquin River - South Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. So much enjoyable stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada, just mind-boggling. Yost Meadow is a gorgeous location any time of year, and Gull Lake Campground is right
 
by the Sherwin Lakes Trail. So many local attractions and such a vast number of things to do are nice causes to come.
Gull Lake Campground is a popular spot with the people from June Lake. There's a lot of outdoors recreation available in close proximity such as fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so possibly you want to stick around for a while.

Gull Lake Campground is positioned in a region with lots of entertaining things to do, and lots of folks are fond of coming here to get away. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Gull Lake Campground. The Mammoth Rock Trail offers hiking at its best, and you'll meet a lot of folks from June Lake here.
Hiking along the Gaylor Lakes Trail is wonderful fun, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on San Joaquin River - Middle Fork. The warmest time of the year at Gull Lake Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Gull Lake Campground are in the 0's.
Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Gull Lake Campground.
