On a gorgeous day you get a sight of Haycock Peak from Gregory Beach Campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Sacramento River. Gregory Beach Campground gets very little rain; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is July.
