is a popular site for people from Duarte; nearby you locate the Gabrielino National Scenic Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. Glen Campground gets a typical amount of rain; most of the rain falls through February; the driest month of the year is July.

Through the summer highs here at Glen Campground reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Glen Campground are in the 30's. Glen Campground is one of the spots to camp here in the San Gabriel Mountains.
