Get dripping wet paddling on Hayfork Creek, and going for a hike along the Rough Gulch Trail   will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do close to Glade Campground. Here at Glade Campground there are plenty of folks from Hayfork; the Waterspout Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Klamath Mountains. A great site to stop by right next door to Glade Campground is Basin Gulch, and hiking along the Ruth Hayfork Trail is great fun. Through the long summer days at Glade Campground highs are frequently in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Glade Campground dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights.
