For experienced       paddlers this segment of Arroyo Seco River is an enjoyable place to kayak. Don't go whitewater paddling in advance of first checking conditions; it's perilous business. A tremendous 6.6-mile-in-distance pretty wilderness trail in   possession of a difference in height of 1,759 feet is to be found in the neighborhood; this is the Gamboa Trail.
