Sorry - there is only a Day Use area at Fuller Lake. There hasn't been camping on that lake for nearly 11 years. While the fishing is great, you can't stay there after the sun sets. And there is limited fire material for making BBQ fires. better to go further up Bowman Road. Says Tim

You've gotta get out, and Fuller Lake Campground in California is precisely what you need. A journey
    to Tahoe National Forest when you're here at Fuller Lake Campground is never a bad idea, and do take a hike on the Spaulding Lake Trail. This is such a fun site for a campground. Going to Malakoff Diggins State Park near Fuller Lake Campground is a glorious thing to do, and on
a great day you can take a hike along the Crooked Lakes Trail.
At Fuller Lake Campground cool stuff to do is abundant, and it is a nice campground. If you come at the right time of year, American River - North Fork offers some splendid whitewater.
At Fuller Lake Campground you always meet someone from Emigrant Gap; hiking along the Eagle Bird Trail is tremendous fun. The great variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. Throughout the warm days of summer at Fuller Lake Campground temperatures are
 
regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Fuller Lake Campground.

Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Sierra Nevada. Take a little visit to Jordan Creek if you're here at Fuller Lake Campground, and there are other places here than Fuller Lake Campground, for example Fuller Lake. California is a nice location for outdoors folks. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always lovely.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Fuller Lake Campground a wet place; the month with most of the rain is January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. What a place this is for outdoors folks. The top of Clyde Mountain is easily made out from Fuller Lake Campground, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Canyon Creek Trail. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back repeatedly. Drift down the rapids of Fordyce Creek in a kayak, and Royal Gorge is a brilliant local ski area.
Fuller Lake Campground is enormously popular with people of Emigrant Gap. This campground is a lovely site to go to. Paddling on Yuba River - South Fork is so much fun; going for a hike along the Round Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. There's such a large number of things to do at Fuller Lake Campground including fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do.
